About Big John's
Big John's ​Christmas Trees got our start in 1963, when Bob Wilson started selling trees out of his Grandmother's yard near Johnson Street and 22nd Avenue in NE Minneapolis. Fast-forward 25 years, and Bob's son, Big John, continued the business on Central Avenue and 33rd Avenue, also in NE Minneapolis. Today, Big John's is located in Mounds View.

Big John's Christmas Trees is one of the very few remaining Christmas Tree dealers around the Twin Cities that still specialize in flocked trees. We have inventory on hand, but will also do custom-order flocked trees and wreaths. The most common color is white, but we can also do additional colors like blue, green, red, pink or purple (for the Vikings fans who typically decorate their purple tree with gold garland and ornaments).
